How to Place an Order

All orders are placed online through our website: www.sklep.otwarteklatki.pl.

How to Pay for an Order

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

Przelewy24 – payments made through the P24 system are credited immediately, and your order is processed right after you place it. Available only for the orders shipped to Poland.

PayPal – payments made through the P24 system are credited immediately, and your order is processed right after you place it. Not available for the orders shipped to Poland

Bank Transfer – if you choose this method, your order will be shipped after the payment is credited to our bank account. After purchasing a product, you have 7 days to pay for it. If we don’t receive the money within this period, your order will be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery – you can also pay for your order when it’s delivered. In that case, we ship it immediately after it’s placed. This method works only with postal delivery (via Poczta Polska). Available only for shipping within Poland

Shipment

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped out within 48 hours after we receive the payment. The average delivery time via Poczta Polska is 7–10 working days for Europe and around 14-21 working days for the rest of the world.

Please note, however, that this is an estimated delivery time and it may vary. If you need to receive your order before a certain date, please contact us beforehand to see if it’s possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery adress of your choice.

Shipping outside Poland:
Europe: 35 zł
North America, Africa: 45 zł
South America, Central America, Asia, Australia and Oceania: 50 zł

All orders sent outside of Poland are shipped by Polish post (Poczta Polska) but can’t be paid on delivery.

Return Policy

Order Returns

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it. If you want to exchange or return any of the items you purchased, please contact us at sklep@otwarteklatki.pl – just remember to do that within this 14-day period.

Return Fees

The return postage charges are covered by the customer, unless the return is justified (e.g. goods damaged on delivery, misplaced orders).

Item Exchange

All items purchased in our store can be sent back and exchanged to different sizes or entirely different products within 14 days from receiving them. When sending them back, make sure to enclose the original receipt and the return form filled in with all information needed – you can download it here: RETURN FORM.

The exchange postage charges are covered by the customer. After receiving the package, we prepare your new order and ship it free of charge.

Damaged Packages

Always make sure that the package has been delivered undamaged. If it’s necessary, open and check it before confirming receipt. Never accept a package with any visible damage.
